Begin-to-boulder Classes

For the future crushers just putting on their first pair of climbing shoes.
Group Sizing:
Ages 4-6: One participant per instructor
Ages 7-10: Up to Two participants per instructor
Ages 11-13: Up to Four participants per instructor
Ages 14-17: Up to Six participants per instructor
Pricing:
$60 for the first climber, $45 for additional climbers

For the families starting their climbing careers all together!
Group Sizing:
Up to six total participants, following Rock Room’s Youth Supervision Requirements*
*Instructor counts as one adult
ie. one adult and four kids aged 11-13 OR two adults, two kids aged 7-10, and two kids aged 11-13.

$120 For first adult + child
$45 per additional participant

Begin-To-Boulder classes are for designed for newcomers to climbing who want to gain skills and confidence they need to climb at Rock Room on their own.
Included:
Day Passes and Rentals for all participants
Complete orientation to Rock Room
Instructor-led warm up
Introduction to safe gym climbing
Beginner foot and hand placement
Age-appropriate games and challenges for Kids and Family Classes
30 Minutes of coached free-climbing for Adult Classes

Birthday Parties
There’s no party like a Rock Room party!
A Birthday Party at Rock Room includes:
Day passes and rentals for the Birthday Person and and their guests
90 minutes of supervised climbing fun
Private use of the Community Room for 2 hours
Boulder Birthday Package
$295 (+tax)
Up to 8 climbers (including the Birthday Person)
$30 per additional climber
Good to know:
To ensure that a fun time is had by all, birthday party capacities are based on your desired time-slot and our availability:
Sat. & Sun. 10:30-12:30
Sat. & Sun. 2:30-4:30
Weekdays 12:00-4:00
We encourage you to bring your own food and decorations to make the community room your own!
Day passes received at the beginning of the party can be used for the remainder of the day, however direct staff supervision is only provided for the party period, and any party goers under 14 must be supervised as per Rock Room’s Youth Supervision Requirements to continue climbing.
Reminder - Rock Room is still open to the public during your party! To make sure everyone has the best experience possible, Birthday Party participants are welcome to use all aspects of the Big Room (including the Kilter Board and Moon Board) but will not be able to use the Small Room and Weight Room (which will be reserved for non-Birthday Party climbers).
Femmes and Thems Night
Every Monday night 6:00pm - 10:00pm
Open to women, femmes, nonbinary and queer folks looking for a fun and welcoming climbing environment. Good music, good vibes, and great climbs. All experience levels welcome!
